Growing up in the Sturmkrieg Sektor All aspects of the Sturmkrieg Sektor (Sturmkrieg since the Imperium took control) focus on total equality of all people and judgment based on individual accomplishment. Sturmkrieg is one of the few places in the Imperium where entire armies are not wasted by incompetent commanders who have bought their way into the ranks of officers. In Sturmkrieg, the only way to become an officer is to score highly on tests. Because the people of Sturmkrieg recognize individual differences and believe in equal opportunities for everyone, many tests are given to everyone, with each test appealing to a different cognitive style.
